Jayson cut my hair, and he did an amazing job. He's the only person I've ever gotten an amazing fade and sculpt from who was also gentle and knew how to handle clippers. I had no cuts or razor burn whatsoever. He took the time to explain what he was doing to my hair and why, and was incredibly patient when I asked for slight alterations. Also, I'm terrible at small talk, but he is incredibly charismatic and kept the conversation light and pleasant. Highly recommend this guy to anyone looking for a great cut and experience.

I have consistently had good service here. The only issue is one time I called to schedule an appointment, they said it was slow and I could come over. I then came over within a few minutes and it was busy. I was confused why they didn't schedule me if I called to do such. I had a wait and they said I could get a cut with a master stylist which costs a few bucks more. I said that's fine and the service was good. It was not smart in the receptionist but the stylist made up for most of it. The stylist made good conversation but did not overdo it. She was also very good at listening to my needs for my haircut.

Waited for an hour with no update. It was busy and a lot of the people that work there are wonderful, but I'm not returning.

Well Hair Cuttery, what Can I say? Thanks you so much for my cut! I am clinically depressed and now of course you triggered my anxiety since you messed up my hair! The girl didnâ€™t even straighten my hair before cut it and thought Huh thatâ€™s weird since Iâ€™m really curly? Well, I am so sad I canâ€™t post a picture cause clearly this people donâ€™t know what their doing. THANKS SO MUCH... NOT.

Today my Mother came to get her hair fixed after coming the other day, the girl that cut her hair the other day just chopped my Mothers hair up, so she called Hair Cuttery last night and they told her to come in today to get her hair fixed, the girl that cut my Mothers day was disrespectful, and rude! Not to mention she didnt do a very good job either, my Mother didnt want to say anything because she was afraid the girl would get an even bigger attitude with her so again my Moms hair is messed up, and she refuses to go back an get it fixed.. My Mother was completely upset on how she was treated, this is unacceptable!! I will be going further up to take care of this issue! Management needs to have more professional customer service worthy employees then what they have right now!!
