Went to get my haircut at 11am when they open up but when I got there they were closed. Ended up waiting around for an hour after calling the corporate number twice to figure out what was wrong. They said someone would come to open up the salon but no one came at all.

Worst haircut Iâ€™ve ever had. I went out after spending $20 almost crying. After parting my hair how I donâ€™t part it (and I saying that is the wrong side) she immediately started cutting blunt side bangs that I did not ask for! I asked for a trim and face framing and she did not even trim my hair at the slightest. And then I was told that I would have to pay $15 if i wanted it blow dried!! Never going there now that I have to go to a real salon to fix this awful hair.

I wish if there is a option to give them a less than one star, Terrible place and terrible service they donâ€™t know what the haircut is and how to do the business Me and my two sons went there for haircut and I showed a picture to that woman and told her I wanna have this haircut for my son but more short hair and she start doing it and she trimmed little bit of his hair and said I about to done I said I wanna have more short I told you in the beginning and she started arguing with me and unbelievably she said you need to shut your mouth and I am leaving it here go take your son somewhere else and she left him in middle of his haircut and throw us out from the shop very disrespectful and very rude thatâ€™s not the way to do the business I wouldnâ€™t recommend this place to anyone and myself wouldnâ€™t go there again forever.
