I see a lot of bad reviews but after talking to the new manager that whole staff is gone now, just got my hair cut by Angela and she is amazing. Highly recommend her for men’s cuts

Terrible customer service ! I just tried to walk in for a simple trim. I was the only person in the whole salon and the women attempting to check me in wouldn’t cut my hair unless I gave them my phone number and email. I explained to her I would rather not give my information out ( due to privacy concerns and spam) but she refused to let me in unless I gave them my information. So instead of cutting my hair they had me leave. This is insane to me. My husband has stopped going to Hair Cuttery because of this “ policy” and now I won’t be back either. They weren’t apologetic nor seemed to care what so ever. What a shame this company is so ridiculous.
