I have experienced this salon on Thursday 7.30 pm and it was worse, i have never seen this kind of rude behaviour with the clints(customers), actually i took the online appointment and went to the store there is not even single person so I personally wished him and asked him can i come to the chair he said yes and i just started explaining him how i need, he interrupted me and said he cannot do that you can go, i told him that’s ok and again he said you can go and come some other time i just told him please talk respectively and i came out from the salon. I never recommend this salon.

I've come here only with a coupon, as their regular pricing is not worth it. I've gotten training academy haircuts better done than some I've gotten here. Personally, I don't know why franchise chain salons employ worse stylists than a regular sole owner barbershop. BTW, Adam Bishop is or works for a professional reviewing/bot service and is not a real person. It has posted reviews in 4 different states all over the US, and as part of its services, seeks to dismiss or discredit real reviewers' experiences.

Shop at Safeway next door to get a coupon on the back of the receipt to use it at this Great Clips! Sugee listened to how I wanted my hair to be cut and then executed. I received lots of compliments after, too.

Love this place, great with kids. One stylist gives my boy a huge hug when he walks in.

I had a very bad experience with Great Clips in Falls Church. I recommended all customers avoid this place and their staff. Yesterday they cut my hair opposite what I asked her. They never listen client's words. I asked her cut only my ends and she cut all my hair. Very short. Quickly. I was shocked and told her what she did. She laughed and replied that nothing wrong, hair will grew up.....and with laughing added "I did opposite what you want,yeah?". I wanted to cry. Was very dissapointed. ..and she yeld..if I don't want to pay I can go.... I paid and was sitting in outside around 10 min. I was shocked. Never been in such situation. Haircut is awful. I don't know what to do with my hair now.... So bad experience. ......
