I hate layers and she gave me layers when I said I wanted a inch off no layers and I’m so upset because I hate layers and I couldn’t tell until later because she curled my hair

My 11 year old son needed a simple haircut. However it turned out not so simple. We left with uneven hair and had to go to another salon to have it corrected. In result had to cut it even shorter than it was suppose to be cut. There were only 2 ladies in the whole salon working in which neither was able to correct his cut because my son chooses not to use clippers. They were quick to suggest I take him to another Hair Cuttery where the previous person that cut his hair is currently working. This was definitely an inconvenience and waste of time. I would not recommend this location.

4 hours took my daughter to get her hair colored for the first time after good report cards. Hair is same color no change at all. Nice stylist but HATE wasting money and time. Daughter was very upset.

Went in and got my hair cut by Allie. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and walked out looking amazing!!! Love my new hair and Allie is the definitely my stylist for life!
