Thanks to this sorry excuse for a salon I just had to literally bald my husbands head! Our 8 year old could have done a better job than this place! Never again

Unprofessional and down right inexperienced! You can tell whoever owns this place is just in for the money. They didnt take any time to hire people who actually know what they are doing! I even over heard the stylist saying how the owner couldnt even cut hair after I stated how unhappy I was with my hair... or shall I say BUTCHERED cut because it was far from a “haircut” as if that was going to make me feel better. This place is crappy, cramped (very small) and not even worth the measly few dollars they charge but, I guess we get what we pay for. I see why their “haircuts” are so cheap because they dont count on you complaining over a few dollars! They should have left that location a Verizon or left it empty because “Great Clips” is a “Great” disappointment.

When i was living in Augusta GA. I always went to great clips (Martinez ga, and Daniel villiage), so when i came to VA, it was only right to visit a store here. My first experience was at the jefferson ave location, and needless to say it was a horrible experience, i was so disappointed that i said i would never go to great clips again. I spoke with a colleague of mines and she told me about the Hampton location and she told me that i would have a better experience. After a few months I finally decided to give them a try, and Tiffany and an older women (sorry don't remember her name) was there cutting away, and In the mist of catering to their clients they made me feel welcome. Tiffany actually gave me a very nice haircut. My hat goes of to you two ladies. Thank you so much.
