Being new to the area and being completely natural I wasn’t sure where to go to get my hair done. I made my appointment with B after I showed her the pic of my desired style. Although, the end result was not what I initially asked for, the end result was a much better option for me. B is VERY accommodating, professional, and talented. While I was their she also completed someone else’s hair it too was fabulous. I would happily refer anyone to B. I am definitely going back!!!

Always professional. B does an excellent job running the shop. She always offers me great advice and makes sure I'm doing the best thing for my hair. Nothing like finding a shop you're comfortable with! Definitely recommend to everyone.

This happened years ago (2013 or 2014), but I never went back after my experience. I was told that they charged $150 for Senegalese . I got there and the price list said "Senegalese $150 and up". I was thinking the and up had to do with size and length. But I was wrong. The stylist/owner came up to me and said oh your hair is too thick i'm going to have to charge $200. I was skeptical at first but I was already there so I was like whatever. My braids didn't even touch my bra strap, so they looked more like kinky twist. I spent almost 12hrs in the shop with 3 ppl going back in forth from my hair to another woman head.I wanted them dipped straight and not crinkled. A day later the unraveled in several places. I went back a week later after becoming frustrated and the owner says "its been a week they do that cause you need a retouch". Basically she wanted more money. She ended up retouching my edges and stated she could make them crinkled to ensure they wouldn't unravel. Poor customer service. Didn't get my hair like I wanted for $200+. Never went back !

Will never go back. Asked for one hairstyle and the owner felt like she should do what she wanted took 8 hrs to do a hairstyle that I didn't even ask for. Definitely will not be returning. And she laughed in my face when I said I didn't like it....definitely disrespectful

The stylist washed my hair extra ruff, which made my hair mate up and she had to pull it out of the tangle to twist it. My root is already loose from the retwist she did. Never again, I'm looking for a skilled loctican anybody know one?
