Very disappointed by my short experience here. I had heard great things about this location and the stylist I had made my appointment with. I had my appointment scheduled at 4:45 and was told to try to arrive early so I could get a quick consultation before getting balayage done. So I arrived 20 minutes early (4:25pm). I walk in and see the front desk assistant and my stylist and am told my appointment was scheduled at 4:15. I told them that’s not what was went over with me at the time I scheduled my appointment. They did not seem to really listen and just assumed I made it up. The stylist (Eunice) went over her process and said they typically give 15 minute grace periods but it “was about that time.” So they turned me away. I was there 5 minutes BEFORE the grace period had ended. So now there were two problems. 1) they assumed I had the times wrong and we’re pretty much like, “too bad.” I do not show up late to appointments, I always make sure I’m on time for both the stylist and my own sake. 2) they told me there’s a grace period, and since it was “almost that time for it to be up,” they turned me away, when I was 5 minutes away from it ending. I was asked to reschedule and I told them I’d be out of town for a while, which is why I wanted this done now. I hate to leave long reviews like this but I would just be careful with this location, or ensure you have your appointment confirmed multiple times and instructions on arriving made very clear to you. The service I received was way below average. Won’t be returning to this location unfortunately.

I would give this zero stars if I could. This place has the worst service you will ever experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I set up an appointment one month in advance for my girlfriend's birthday and 1 day before the appointment they demand that my girlfriend reschedule. My girlfriend took a day off from work specifically for this appointment and this business did not pull through. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. Awful service.

My first time in this location and my expectations were definitely met. I've tried other locations and wasn't completely happy with the results. So I thought I would give this place a try. Courtney was my stylist and I've never met anyone so sweet yet professional. She made me feel comfortable as soon as I sat down. She knew the exact colors that would suit me the best. Not only that but she took her time and I felt confident the results were going to be amazing and I was right! Definitely recommend her to everyone. You won't regret it! Looking forward to my next appointment.
