Sadly they care more about their friends than keeping up with the list they make. 3 hours later they act like we can’t hear their conversations... I’m not the only one that walked out today that’s 4 customers they last at least. Grace is literally the only one worth a damn

I found my stylist! Joanna is great, genuine and gives good feedback before giving a cut or coloring my hair. I've seen her 3 times now and doesn't disappoint!

They asked me if I had a preference for who cut my hair, it was my first time at this place so I said no and the lady called someone from the back who DIDNT EVEN WORK THERE to come and cut my hair, she had no experience and needed help putting the clipper guard on. The haircut that normally takes 10-15 minutes toon an hour because every 3 minutes she’d call they lady that actually worked there to come and show her what to do! My hair was extremely uneven, my sideburns were almost a centimeter In difference, and the clippers must’ve been old because when she was fixing my neck up, the clippers cut my neck in all the spots! Never going here again and I hope no one else does
