Hair in Motion is a very professionally ran beauty salon. The stylists are very knowledgeable with a calm atmosphere. One priority they have is keeping your hair healthy with beautiful styles whether on trend, in between or classic. I would highly recommend this business for your hair and styling needs.

I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years and I love it. When I started utilizing this salon, my hair was badly damaged, but once I started coming to Hair in Motion, Patricia Parham provided such care for my hair that it became healthy and started growing in a very short time. What I appreciated most was how her focus emphasized healthy hair first. She has ALWAYS presented herself as a professional with exceptional customer service. She serves every client as a blessing from God and works to ensure each client is pleased with the outcome of her gifted hands. The customer service standard is so phenomenal that i feel more like family and not just a customer. There were times that i didn't have an appointment but needed service and my stylist would work me in while never compromising the satisfaction of the clients that was there with an appointment. There were times that my schedule didn't allow me to come in during normal business hours and the stylist made the sacrifice to come in early just to accommodate my schedule. I recommend this salon to anyone with natural, chemically treated, colored, or weaved hair. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

I've been going to this salon since I was about 12. I've honestly never had a bad experience. Even once I became an adult and ventured out to try other salons I always wound up coming right back to Hair in Motion. Ms Pat (Patricia Parham) is great about recommending products I can use on my own when I can't get to the salon to maintain my hair health. She's seen me through when I was natural, relaxed, super short cuts and growing my hair out. No complaints here ;-)

I have been receiving hair care services from Jewel Pelham at Hair in Motion for over 15 years. Her services are always outstanding and very professional. The atmosphere of the salon is comfortable and never do I stay in the salon for an extended period of time. Over the years Mrs. Parham (the salon owner) and Jewel have become more like family to me and that speaks volumes. I would recommend Hair in Motion, as I have on many occasions, to anyone looking for a permanent salon.

I usually don't go out of my way to complain but it was necessary . I went On a referral from a friend to get a blow out and trim. I am natural and sometimes find it hrs to seek stylists to manage and care for my hair. I went to get a blowout and when I left my hair was oily , flat no body, and my end felt a little dead . Yes my mistake was not saying anything before I left but that's over now. I have gotten my hair blown out many times and it's never come out like THIS . My hair is in a pony tail within 24 hours of my service . I contacted the stylist via Instagram because I did not have her personal number and she was very rude . Told me to "ask shardae who I am to know not to come at me. One complaint won't break me honey" I feel like instead of saying that she couldn't said sorry and kept it moving . This experience was so unprofessional I won't be returning .
