DO NOT go to this shop! This was the worse experience ever... I spent 250.00 on my braids... I had to go back into the shop 2 days after spending the whole day getting my hair done because my braids were unraveling... I had to sit in the shop for 4 hours while they rebranded the whole back of my head... after they “fixed” my hair I had to then turn around a week later and go back into the shop because my hair was unraveling again. The owner reassured me that she was goin to rebraided my hair. Well that didn’t happen she actually rebraided the front of my head and had someone else to do the back... well a week later the braid in the front of my head started coming completely out! I only had these braid for 3 weeks. I called to make a complaint and the manager got really nasty rude and disrespectful towards me she told me they will not fix my hair the will not refund me a portion of my money and she had no respect for me! She then started using profanity towards me over talking me and she hung the phone up in my face. I feel like I’m just out of my money! I will NEVER go back and I encourage no one to spend money with them! They are very unprofessional and clearly they can’t braid!

WORST BRAIDING EXPERIENCE EVER. I went it and showed the manager and the women a picture of how I wanted my hair ( small/medium ) . It only takes about two hours and when I get up they're JUMBO TWISTS about the size of my palm!! After we go to the front after they do the wrong size they said they can do it again for ANOTHER 100 DOLLARS. HECK NO! Why do I have to repay for something that y'all messed up on. But in conclusion after a 30 minute long argument with the manager they end up taking it out and having to pay 40 dollars for the hair they used to braid my hair and we left. So if you wanna get your hair done RIGHT!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
