Avivo is a place that I associate with my enhanced beauty. Mary has been my hairdresser and she is a color/styling expert. I have been going to Avivo since it opened its doors and I will be a client forever!! It is a lovely place and everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. I get compliments on my hair all the time. We decided on a slight color change about a year ago and it is just gorgeous and goes with my complexion even better . The spa services are expertly performed by Sharon. Her facials are amazing! If you have a chance, check Avivo out!

I have never been even slightly unhappy about them. I usualy see marry and I love her. She is so warm and you will trust her right away. Also she is really fast but never reduces the quality of her works it just means she is a pro! People working at Avivo salon are trustful enough that you can close your eyes and ask them to cut your hair however they like it. I've never got as many compliments as I got from other stylists.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks prior over the phone. The day of my appointment I hired a sitter to watch my kids and Went to Avivo salon to find out they gave my appointment to someone else. The receptionist basically called me a liar and told me "I am very good at my job and don't make mistakes". Not!!!! Mary didn't even acknowledge my existence. I could hear her from the back yelling "tell her I won't see her because she has no appointment". Really? I must be crazy to dream up some random appointment time, hire a sitter for my kids for three hours just to show up for some random appointment time? I have never encountered such a rude receptionist in my life...practically brought me to tears. Mary is kinda full of herself!!!!! She needs to take some customer service lessons from her husband Mike who at least tried to remedy the situation! But by then I was done with them! Unbelievable!
