Great experience! Saw Philip who was professional and pulled together what I wanted even though I am sure I didn't describe it well. Everyone was warm and attentive and every client I saw left with amazing hair. Will definitely return.

Worst experience ever. If I can give it a 0 rating I would. I went to get my hair colored for the first time ever. They charged me $310 for a haircut, color, and highlights. I showed the stylist a picture of the hair color I wanted and my hair looks nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. I felt embarrassed to walk around with such horrible hair color so I had to put a cap on that day. The next day I called to get it adjusted. The lady at the front desk said they’re available but when I went to the salon they said “oh we don’t have enough time to re-do it” so they just applied more toner to get the highlights fixed... which by the way, they still look horrible and I still see blond even when I specifically asked them to just adjust everything to one brown color. The ladies there tried to make me feel like this was my fault and I’m wrong and the color looks “good”. I don’t care about “good”,it’s not the color I wanted, period. The highlights look a different color at the scalp, different in the middle and different at the bottom. I’m so disappointed at this experience and will never be coming back. If you love your hair, don’t waste your money at Salon Cielo.

I came here during a week-long trip to the area. I have short hair and was in desperate need of a haircut so I stopped in for a same day appointment. Stylist Sahar cut my hair and it was the perfect cut! My hair is very fine and quite short and I have had my fair share of bad cuts- but Sahar asked enough questions to understand what I wanted and then expertly got to work giving me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. She is a perfectionist with excellent attention to detail. I recommend her 100%!

I was a walk-in. The receptionist was friendly and very competent. My stylist, Sarah, made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for before she picked up her scissors. I walked out with exactly the haircut I wanted. Full marks!

Ellie is the best !I never felt my hair was quit right until Ellie color /cut and blow dray .as someone who is extremely picky I can say she is the best stylist .I have a pleasure of knowing hair and I'm so glad . Just perfect . Love her❤️
