If I could do zero stars I would! Just walked in at 4 o’clock on Sunday where three stylists were sitting there on their bottoms doing absolutely nothing! My daughter just wanted her hair put in loose curls for which they have a sign that says styles- formals were $45, long hair $25 and short $15. None of them seemed happy to do anything and actually fought over who would take my daughter! One pushed us off on the other one and that woman said are you f^#?!>?ing kidding me like I don’t want to do it!! The most unprofessional hair stylists/people I have EVER encountered!!!! We walked out but they were all audibly complaining about curling my daughter’s hair!! They obviously all just wanted to sit on their bottoms the hour they had left to work!!! Will NEVER go to another Great Clips and I would advise you not to either!! Will be contacting corporate offices to complain for sure!!!

Since my first review.....Beth is good. The Times when Beth isn't available I had someone else cut my hair. And sadly I do have to agree with the other reviews....hit or miss. I've had 2 bad cuts from there (out of the 4 times I have been there. Beth did the 2 great ones and another person did the bad ones.) I thought that maybe I didn't communicate well so I gave it another try. Another bad haircut in Feb....and I did communicate well. I will not be coming back to this location for a long while.

I always get a pretty good haircut here. But, they are the slowest Great Clips I've ever been to. I always check in online and tell them when I come in, but I often still get passed over at least twice. Average wait time for walk in is around 43 mins.
