Came for a simple buzzcut yesterday. The girl who helped me was really friendly and we had a nice chat about stuff to do in the area (since she figured I'm a tourist from Europe). The cut in general was good, but she just forgot(?) to shave the sideburns. Also didn't get anything like a hot towel treatment, they advertise with. Didn't want to bother her since I was a bit in a hurry. But dont advertise with something you should do to every customer!

I asked for a simple buzz cut that should've left about a 1/2 left. Instead, I my hair is now closer to 1/16th. If you want to haircut that is exactly the opposite of what you want go here. Absolutely worst haircut I have received or seen anyone get in my entire life.

When they mess your hair up so bad you don't want to tell them in fear of them "fixing" it and making it worse. I came in with a 4 angle picture of how I wanted my hair. The end result looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I know short hair cuts are hard to do but if you can't do them please just tell the customer. Now I have to go somewhere else, pay again, and go even shorter than I originally wanted just to correct the damage. I will NEVER come back to this or any supercuts ever again. The ladies working there were super friendly just could not perform the quality work o expected.
