I personally like Ulta, just not a fan of this location. I came in here yesterday to just make a small purchase. Got up to the register which is where my problem started. Amber, the woman who cashed me out, took my coupon, but never scanned it. So I had to tell her, and then she had to do a refund and ring it all back through. As if my troubles ended there, the change she gave me didn’t sound correct. Of course she had another customer because the other cashier walked away to make phone calls. I counted and triple checked to be certain that I was correct, and then went up to speak to her after. She gave me a mean glare like she was upset I was back. I watched her carefully because I’m not entirely sure it was an accident. She ended up having to get her colleague who was making phone calls, and then the two of them tried to figure out simple math. Of course they apparently couldn’t and had to call over a manager. It wasn’t until the manager came over, that this second mistake was corrected. HOWEVER, while this was taking place Amber walked away with no apologies to me. She just didn’t want to be bothered, nor did she want to get in trouble. As the other cashier, Mason tried to cover for her. Extremely disappointed that this is how customer service is handled and if you don’t know simple math, then please use a calculator. I don’t mind, just don’t rip me off and try to cover it up. Absolutely unprofessional. I’d expect more from a company like Ulta, but I’ll just find a different place to fit my needs. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
