I would have given no stars if available. I walked in the store. Four workers were standing at the register area chatting very loudly. They never welcomed me or even said hello. I wandered around the store obviously not knowing what I was looking for. I looked up front to the employees several times and caught the eye of them each time. No responses. They got louder and we're talking about their bras and underwire. One employee appeared to be the manager or a regional. She was talking the most. I had $400 in my wallet ready to totally revamp my makeup supplies. I actually took pictures of them standing around up there and recorded their loud conversation. As I was walking out I did see that an employee had come out from behind the register. She asked me if I found everything I was looking for. REALLY? Obviously I had not checked out at the register. I told her I had$400 I was planning on spending there but since no one helped me I would not be shopping there anymore. I'm sure corporate will appreciate the pics and video I will be sending them. Meanwhile my business will go to Richmond where they know how to treat a customer. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!

I had a super nice lady help me find some highlighter, but the ladies doing makeup totally gave me the lady judgement eyes cause I came in after the gym. The Planet Fitness is right there yo!

I love this store and salon! The employees are so helpful in answering my questions, making suggestions, and helping me find whatever I need in the store! They show me the top products for what I’m looking for but aren’t pushy. They don’t push me to buy certain products I can’t afford but really listen to what I’m interested in and have helped me find comparable products to fit my budget. They have even helped me save money by showing me sale bundles instead of purchasing items separately. They are always upbeat and fun! I enjoy the environment in there! The girls in the salon are knowledgeable and really strive to keep their services top-notch! They stay up to date on the latest trends and really seem to enjoy what they are doing - making it an even more pleasurable experience! I have been pleased every time!

This local Ulta is the best!!! I’ve been hesitant to even go in Ulta (and no way Sephora!!) because I always felt like whenever I did go in one of those stores, I was either being judged or I just didn’t feel comfortable. Yesterday I went in with barely any makeup on and wasn’t treated any different. All of the employees were either wearing natural or no makeup or a full face of glam, but no matter what—they didn’t treat me any different. I really appreciated that. I left feeling happy with my new products and am going back soon!

I can usually find what I'm looking for and am happy with the products. If I can't find what I'm looking for, someone is always there to help. The staff is very friendly. My husband loves the men's selection of Shaving products
