Expensive poor kids cut

Went in for a kids cut (5 yr old). First off $24... wanted a mohawk cut. Hair was pretty short already. When done 5 yr old says that doesnt look like a mohawk and it wasnt. Young lady was afraid to fix it. Overall pretty poor cut.

Alexandra Murphey styles me and my sisters hair, she is so amazing! I get nervous for haircuts, buts she always does a great job. My sister gets undercuts and she gets great designs. I get short boy cuts and she gives great cuts and recommends great products.

I showed exact photo reference of what I wanted from all different point of views and not only did the hairstylist cutting my hair cut it way above my ear, she didn't trim my undercut when I requested it be shorter when she asked for details on the cut. On top of that, when I asked if there was a possibility I could either get a refund or a different cut, I was met with very sarcastic remarks until the manager was brought out. I got my money back, but if anyone thinks wasting $20+ dollars on what should have been a slight trim, you should definitely check out a different location.

My experience in this shop today was horrible. When I came to the desk I was told it would be 10 minutes till someone would be ready to cut my hair. While I waited for one of the 2 available hair cutters to finish with the customers they were working on, they seemed to keep putting off finishing with the client they were working with. I got the impression that each one was hoping the other would finish first so they would not have to be the one to cut my hair. 40 minutes later when a lady came in early to get settled in before her shift started, was grabbed, ordered to clock in early and told to cut my hair. I told her I only wanted a trim but since the other 2 girls made the lady cutting my hair get every phone call and customer who came to the desk, with all the interruptions she ended up cutting off 3+ inches of my hair, not the 1/2in trim I asked for. Also with all the constant interruptions what should have been a fairly quick hair cut took almost a half hour. The lady did try to do a good job but with the other girls being lazy and making her do everything else needed in the shop on top of trying to give me a hair cut I was very upset with the cut I got since it is much shorter then I wanted.

I got my bangs cut today here and the lady did an amazing job. I was scared and nervous to go here because it was my first time there and in the past hair stylists messed up on my bangs but Lyndsey did great I really recommend her! 😊 I’m totally coming here again
