Poor customer service. I needed a last minute haircut and I trusted this place because of the good reviews, sadly I did not share the same experience as some of the other customers. It’s ironic that so many people like this place, since the stylists seem to have a lot of negative things to say about their other clients while you’re getting a cut. I would ask them to fix it, but all of my hair would be gone.

They were all very professional and very friendly. I showed Delilah pictures of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted and explained everything she was doing in detail. This was an amazing experience.
