I don't know why. Hope, maybe? At the fault of my own I keep going back here. Today will be my last visit and if support can get my money back for this horrendous waste of money hair cut I would appreciate it. I asked for a fade (as long as possible) on the sides with tapered bangs from left to right. As in the right side of my forehead longer than the left so I don't have to continuously push my hair to the side. What I got was a shaved (not faded) side, bowl cut straight off of Floyds head from the movie dumb and dumber. I am livid pissed off at this place. There is usually something that bugs me when I leave and I usually go home and trim it myself to fix it. This time there is no saving it and I'll be wearing a hat for the next 30 days until I can get someone who knows what the hell they are doing to fix it. I am so mad I can't even put it into words that accurately describe it.

Nice ladies work here. Asked for a trim. Ready for bootcamp. Disappointed they didn't listen. Once it's done, it is done. Won't go back.

So, Instead of making an appointment with someone I trust, I went here today on a whim to get my hair cut for the summer and because my 1 and 2 year old are relentless hair pullers and I need something off my shoulders. Biggest mistake. 🤦🏼‍♀️ What i asked for very clearly and what I got were not even close. Okay, cool. I could have dealt with hair that was a bit off from what I wanted. What I got instead was a HUGE chunk of my hair just missing! 😳 chopped up about 2 inches higher than the rest of my hair and my hair as a whole 2 inches shorter than I asked. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t already getting a chin length bob.. 😒 never again!

Bad customer service ever. Checked in online and said 15min est wait. Distance between my house and The shop is 15 minutes so I made an estimation time before leave my house. Arrived there and said I have to wait probably about 45 minutes more. Never gonna go there again. And the lady who talked to me was so rude and like didn’t even care. They don’t cut really good too. Wish I allowed to give zero star.
