My daughter had her hair done by Destiny at the Ulta in Everett Mall and she did absolutely Amazing!! My daughter is beyond happy and so am I!! Thank you Destiny for doing such an amazing job!!! Also, Robin was amazing. She took time to do a test Strand on my daughters hair and booked us an appointment! Thank you ladies for the awesome work and great customer service!!!

Not only is the Team extremely diverse but very helpful! They All work together as a Team very hard to find today in a retail environment. I am a former Luxury Retail GM and I would have recruited some of these employees back in the day…lol 😂 Raven was very helpful assisting with my beauty needs and so were several other staff members! Unfortunately, the Mall this Ulta is located in is not that great…this team here deserve a better location!

Extremely rude staff. Staff members were all standing in a bunch at the front counter and I had to interrupt them after waiting patiently for 5 minutes to ask if someone could help color match me, As I had seen was available online. I asked if someone was available to help color match me, and if I could take a sample that would be wonderful. She said the we can do color match but we only have samples of Clinique. And I said that was fine, then she said that she can’t give me samples but that they would color match me and wouldn’t send me home empty handed they could provide me the product name and # to take home. So I said alight if that’s all you can do. I stood there waiting for her to direct me to someone who could help and she continued to talk to her other staff members. So I walked in the direction she had gestured earlier when mentioning they could help and I stood there for another 5 min as three employees walked right past me. This is ridiculous

Can anyone get enough products? Okay, I know the answer is yes. I should have asked can you ever have too many products? That's a very different question. I love how helpful Ulta staff are when I have questions, and their inventory is terrific. I've rarely had to order online for stuff not on the shelf.

Distany cut my hair, i had very bad experience ULTA salon in Everett Mall. I thought they are very professional because they are giving training and certification for people. I am customer for ULTA since 2010, I love their products, and have great customer service on different branches in Washington. But could be the person who cut my hair, have 0 experience of hair cut; ( I wish I could upload the pictures for my hair and who she damaged my hairs)? I am not able to fixing my hairs because she cut it very short, I need to wait for another year to fixed my hair 💇‍♀️ My hair was up to my shoulder , I asked Distany” could you cut my hair Cary style but let’s do some tricks to make my hair looks thicker ,also to give my face circle shape . I trusted her because I heard that she has promotion this week because she is great barbers , but I get shocked when I see my hair in the mirror , I thought because she did it in Iran it’s look like thinner but as soon I did shower my here become frizzy no style and messy. she cut so much from my hair and make it more thinner than before😳 .I recommend this shop to all my friends but after this experience I would never go back again, do waste your money and time!
