This place is very unprofessional I was called in for an interview than I showed up and the lady told me she did not know nothing about my interview and that nothing was in the schedules. She said that her boss was at her dentist appointment but my interview was exactly at 12am than I called the next day to speak to their manager she said she apologized and lied saying she had a emergency but the lady told me she was at her dentist appointment and than she told me they are no longer are hiring. They love to waste peopleâ€™s time and lie next time call if you are going to reschedule! Smh!!!!

Sierra is seriously amazing. I've been going to her for the last year and a half or so, and my hair is in so much bettter shape, always a perfect cut, and color. Mind you I Have superrrr thick unmanageable hair. Usually anywhere else I go is a total butcher. She takes time, and care to make sure its always perfect - highly recommend

Walked in looking for a hair cut for my teenage daughter. I am very weary about salons in the mall. And especially after reading the reviews. But didn't have much time, daughter complaining she needs a hair cut so I thought I'd just see what would happen when we walk in. The young woman that helped us was very sweet. Her name is Aryeonna. Asked my daughter what kind of cut she wanted and talked to her throughout the entire time. Not jabbering, but having an actual conversation. Gave me her card and told me her working days and hours. And told me if I needed an appointment on Saturday, to call her cell and she'll meet us there. BTW, she doesn't work on Saturdays... just an absolute sweetheart!!!!!!

Quality degraded big time. If you go here make sure to call ahead and RECONFIRM your appt or you'll end up waiting for long time, they tend to loose your contact information even though it was repeated multiple times when appt was set. Dissatisfied!!!!!

Younger woman with dreads cut my hair and I cried. It was so bad . I showed her the photo and she did something completely different. Mind you it was a pixie cut and she shaved only one side and left the other disconnected and fluffed. I seriously bawled my eyes out. It was the worst and for 38 dollars?! Is that a joke? Please have higher standards than this place. There are about two nice hair stylists there but the manager oh my gosh he has the sassiest "I'm better than you " attitude . This place is a joke. Save yourself some time, money, and hair.
