The barbers at J-Kinlow are childish, I brought my boys in once and had a really good experience with Kim, the hair stylist but when I went last Sunday and she wasn't there, I had the worst experience. I was told 10-20 minutes by the main Hispanic barber who kept bumping us, he even told me it was time had me put my kid in the chair where someone walked in and he said one more minute. The professional thing to do would've been for him to tell us that there were appointments booked instead of having us waiting thinking it would only be 20 minutes. He and the other two barber's that work next to him were all extremely childish, it was obvious none of them wanted to cut my kids hair but they weren't grown up enough to state the facts. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are going to see Kim, the other barbers there are childish and need to grow up.

I've been bringing my twin boys here for years. If you get a chance to choose, choose Kim. Her skin fade is perfection!

First time in there and the barber was really nice and helpful. The barber cut my sons hair with ease and hair cut came out great. I recommended this place.

I got the worst haircut of my life. Alberto the guy who cut me has no idea of what heâ€™s doing. He butchered my hair and didnâ€™t know how to blend it. Left a horrible line. Theyâ€™re overpriced for the non skilled â€œbarbersâ€ they have. The guy who called himself the manager was rude and condescending towards a couple that was there to get a good service. If you want a messed up hair cut and get ripped off, I highly recommend to go there.

Lamar (20 yrs experience) cut my hair. He just started a week ago. Excellent work.. I did not need a mirror to verify his work. I can tell by the way he took his time and the proper barber tools he used to cut my hair and line me up... That he did a outstanding and excellent job. Highly recommend ðŸ’¯
