I requested an appointment on Friday, New Years Eve. The young lady was very helpful and had me scheduled for Sunday at 4. I met my stylist, Myana, who is absolutely awesome. She did an amazing job with my starter locs and it didn't take as long a I thought it would. The shop itself has a very comfortable atmosphere. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few weeks. You have a customer for as long as I live in Seattle. Thank you!

Booked an appointment for locs maintenance with a lady at the shop last Friday for today Monday. I got booked in at federal way loc shop @ 3pm. Drove 17 miles and arrived @2:30pm only to get there to be told that my appointment cannot be found. They tried to help get my hair done coz my birthday is next day but it didn't work out coz of time. Nonetheless, I have been a customer for about 3 years now, this has never happened before. Been booking all my appointments with Eric and it's always been on point. The lady I booked my appointment with, probably the same person I found at the reception was ready to get me booked in for another day but definitely not apologetic for the inconvenience...at all! She did not even take fault for it. Basically, at this rate, if they say you're all booked, try confirm your appointment way in advance. Really disappointed.
