Good haircuts and good people. My stylist was very attentive and made sure I was completely satisfied. If you're not happy, they will allow you to get it fixed free of charge.

If I could give this place a -0 rating, I would. I am absolutely disgusted and thoroughly exhausted! Earlier today I brought my two boys in for their cuts. A few hours later my six year old started scratching the back of his head. He kept doing it so I took a look and he had gotten LICE!!!! Are you freaking kidding me???!! They don’t clean their tools in between customers!? I have spent the past 4 hours treating heads and cleaning! Thank God I discovered it right away, can’t imagine if I didn’t. I will NEVER be going back here again. DISGUSTING!!!

Just had my haircut at great clips in Sumner, Wa. A gentleman named John cut it he did exactly what I asked nothing more. I am so happy with him what a great job. Thank you John.

Found my new stylist..2nd time with Rene and I'm still happy. She was recommended to me or I would not have returned to Great Clips. I'll be back.

I’m not one to complain but I had the worst haircut ever,I’m using name, John because he also lied. I have natural curly hair and asked and showed him not to cut my bangs next thing I know he is doing just that I said you cut my bangs he said no I didn’t. Well being me I said no more even gave a tip, stupid I know, he also left hair long in spots and short in spots Thank goodness hair grows I’m wearing a hat for awhile
