Wong is amazing! She helped me decide if my hair was long enough to donate. Then she gave me a beautiful bob and took the time to talk to me about products to help maintain my curls. I will be back here, looking for her.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in here for a haircut and ended up getting mutilated. The "barber" even had the audacity to blame me for the cuts and scratches on the back of my neck...asking me if I scratch myself or possibly scratch during my sleep. No...I do not scratch myself during my sleep and if I did, I HIGHLY doubt they would be straight vertical cuts and scratches that bled as on the photo I uploaded. They would be more horizontal and definitely not bleeding. And the haircut turned out horrible...what kind of fade is this. I just had to get out of there. I was even nice of enough to leave a small tip because I just felt bad because I know everyone is trying to make a living. Now I have to get this fixed. The first time I went to this place was a mediocre experience. Not much you can do once your hair is cut. I thought I'd give it a second chance. This time I came out mutilated. I DO NOT recommend this place!

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I went today and the lady had the worst approach. She seemed very bothered and had a very bad attitude. She didn’t pay attention to how I want the style to be and started shaving. The whole time The chair was not facing the mirror and I asked her very nicely if I could face the mirror—Because I was feeling very anxious and felt like she was messing up WHICH SHE DID—and she responds “I like to do it this way to balance the sides” (which doesn’t make sense, if you are a certified hair stylist you know your client has to face the mirror, that’s why it’s there honey, ITS A BARBERSHOP) When I got home I saw this huge bald spot she made. Not to forget that the computers and the whole system was down but things like that happen but it definitely made my experience worse. I am never going back anyway. And next time if a customer says they wanted to face the mirror, you make them face the mirror so they can see what’s going on. Look at the photos. That is ridiculous and embarrassing.

I’ve used great clips many times without problems. I always go there because I know what to expect. However this time was pretty disappointing and the more I think about it, the more irritated I get. First off, I walked in on a Monday morning, they immediately had an available spot for me which I appreciate. The lady took my info then sat me down. I explained I wanted to trim things up, but liked the length of my hair already. So, there was no need to cut my hair,just trim in a few places and clean up around my neck and ears. Next thing I knew, my hair was flying off around me and I figured she was doing as I asked/explained. I couldn’t see what was happening since I wasn’t facing the mirror. She said that she was cutting my hair so I wouldn’t have to come in for another month. I don’t mind coming in every week or two to have my hair looking fine. I didn’t appreciate this assumption. When I saw my hair midway through the process, it was already to late. She was cutting my hair down shorter and it was not a simple trim or clean up as I asked for. At this point I couldn’t reverse the process so I didn’t have much to say, but the next thing that happened was very unprofessional in my opinion. She proceeded to talk about her political views in which I strongly disagreed with to the point I was getting quite irritated. I really wanted her to change the subject or just stop talking, but I wasn’t about to start an argument with a lady who was already butchering my hair... After it was done,I just wanted to get out ASAP. I paid then got in my car. I looked in the mirror to see hair clippings all over my face. It was so bad I had to go back in and ask to rinse off. I don’t usually write reviews but this lady and her unprofessionalism really got to me. If she just spend a minute to go over my haircut and really listened to what I wanted and then spent the time doing the right job I would of been in and out even quicker and happy to tip and pay for the service.
