I have really curly hair which is usually something that people have a hard time cutting and they do good with it there and have been getting my haircut there for off and on 3 years or so. However, sometime in the past few months, they've either had a big uptick in demand or are short staffing, but its impossible to walk in there in the middle of a weekday (11-1) and get a haircut without waiting 1-1.5 hours. This wouldn't be a problem if they didn't have a policy of no reservations and you can only call in an hour ahead of time if you want to be on a list. It's a shame, now I getting a haircut can't just be a part of my day, it has to become a planned event.
