BEWARE. Not an actual barber shop. Does not use razors when the haircut requires it, because they have no barbers, in spite of coming up as a barber shop in searches and having a barber pole in the lobby. That’s like a pet store having pics of cats on their windows and only having dog food, or a grocery store advertising steaks and chicken to find out they’re vegetarian.

Nice guys haircut joint but I also see ladies in there from time to time. The vibe is like a Rudy' s barbershop but much less expensive. High and tight fades. Good kids haircut (for my son anyway). All stylists are fluent in english and good with directions. Definitely recommend over local Sportsclips and Great Clips.

The shop was great. The barber/ hair stylist were all very nice. They cut my sons hair perfectly how I wanted and made no mistakes. Great place to go without venturing far from Covington. Nice today and clean shop to take yourself or kids to.

Been going here for several months since I’ve moved here. They always have a decent haircut. Today I walked in at 7:10pm and they close at 8pm. There were two stylists, one person behind the counter and one customer was waiting. As I put my name on the list, the woman behind the desk said ‘we will probably be done after we get to him.’ Worst case scenario, they have to stay a few minutes after 8 if they would have cut my hair as well. Welp, just lost my business! You would think with a business model that needs quantity and repeat customers, they would have a bit more grace to serve their customers. I understand if I strolled in at 7:50, but there was 50 mins left until they close, so I don’t get it. If you want your stylists to be gone by 8, then how about you post your hours only until 7pm. If you had good customer service you would take anyone that walked into your door up to 7:59, but a simple change to your hours could help with those late arrivals.

Haircut turned out alright. But not like how I wanted. Even though I gave the hairdresser multiple reference pictures and specifically told her I wanted a lot of layers. Didn't really get that, though. However, it's probably my fault as I said everything looked fine when she asked me how it looked at the end (was too afraid to ask her to fix it). If you go here, just make sure to be very clear with them what you want, and don't be afraid to correct them like I was.
