I’m sure the hair dressers here are superior based on the better than thou attitude I have gotten over the years when buying my favorite products there. Today ranks right up there with the worst customer service ever—at any salon. No one asked if I needed help. I finally went to the counter to pay for my $70 in products and asked a very simple question for which I received a lie for an answer. When I persuaded the correct answer from her, because I know what products this company offers, because I also buy directly from them. This time I didn’t have time to wait for shipping. I was also told I can now buy this product in locally elsewhere. Which is GREAT news as to not disturb the cashier’s precious time ever again. She didn’t even offer to introduce me to any other brands. I asked for a bag. “Don’t have one!” Not even an offer to find a freaking grocery bag. Based on this face first service I received today, if you ever want to feel like a second-rate citizen, by all means stop by for a little demeaning eye roll, and have plenty of time to be ignored.
