I brought my mom here to get her hair colored. She wanted a golden brown color but she got a dark brown. And not only they dyed her hair wrong, the one who did her hair was very rude! She put this thing that heats up the hair and my mom told the stylist to take it off because it was too hot to the point it's burning her scalp but the stylist told her it should stay there so the color will activate or something but my mom insisted to take it off. Then, when she took it off, she started talking to her co-worker and copied my mom gestures and probably what my mom said in her language. Lastly, when it's time to wash my mom's hair, she was being aggressive while washing to the point she got water on my mom's eyes and her reason was because the sink is broken!!! Don't use the sink if it's gonna be a problem with your costumers. Never coming back here!

I would stay away from this shop like the plague. The Stylist that cut my hair was talking to her co-worker next to her, who was on her mobile phone talking, whike talking with my stylist, and cutting her customers hair. Suffice to say that my stylist was not paying attention, and instead of trimming my facial hair that I requested, she shaved it off entirely. I had this facial hair (soul patch) for over 25 years, only to have it cut off by someone who did not respect me enough to pay attention to what I was asking for. When I complained she pretended to not speak English. There is never a manager in the store to speak with, so the employees can do whatever they want. If you choose to get your haircut at this establishment, pay close attention to what your stylist is doing, as they are not!

I slipped and fell in this business Attempting to sit in one of their chairs that is a roll away chair. No one helped me up or attempt to see if I was ok. Instead they where rude and offered no medical attention or attempt to make sure I was ok . I hurt my knee and back really bad and asked for a ice pack or a bag of ice they said they had no ice no one attempted to find a way to get ice being close to a grocery store. They treated me with extremely poor customer service and when I asked for manager info they where upset and even ruder. Due to the fall I had to Immediately go to the urgent care.
