If I could give a negative star I would!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD and still paid over $500.00. And to top it all off I’ve been a client there for over four years. Rene was the stylist that damaged the life out of my hair, bleaching it twice, leaving the bleach on for at least four hours in total! The process turned my hair bright orange as my hair was falling out in chunks. This happened right before my family reunion! When she turned me around in the chair after six hours my hair was bright orange and could not even be brushed or blow dried and I told her obviously this is not what I expected. I was initially quoted around $118 for bleach and tone and $40 for olaplaex but left with a bill near $500.00! I had initially made an appointment weeks before my family reunion to lighten my hair a shade or two lighter at a time. And was originally working with a lady named Phoenix who continued to cancel on me. At this point they told me to try Renee and that “she was a bleach expert”. They couldn’t have been more wrong! 😭 Not only did she cancel on me as well but at the end she even acknowledged the fact that I believe she had no idea what she was doing or what the outcome could even possibly be. She darkened my roots which made absolutely no sense for what we were going for. And then the rest was bright orange the two colors together look like a calico cat. When I went back in the following morning to show her how bad my damaged hair was and how bright orange it was once it dried ..I was bawling my eyes out. They then began to offer some products to me to fix it but the damage was to severe. After crying for about 45 minutes in the salon voicing my disappointment The manager finally decided to tell her to throw temporary color over it which would be good for a few weeks. In the end I spent two days and nearly $500 for a process that destroyed my hair. I’m extremely disappointed with Brassfields and after 4 years of going to them I will no longer be one of their customers.

Jami is the absolute BEST! She did hair and makeup for our whole bridal party for my daughter’s wedding. She was personable, yet professional and truly very talented at what she does. I would definitely use this salon again and would request Jami every time.

Excellent customer service. I had my hair done by Amy and she was the best. She asked a lot of questions about what I like, and answered a lot of my own questions. I definitely plan on going back. The place is clean, with an overal friendly and fun atmosphere.

Jami did an amazing job on my hair. My hair has not looked this nice in years!! Wonderful and friendly establishment.

Basically the best place ever. First time in years someone actually knew how to cut my curly hair. With the new dew I'll be nailing all the job interviews and dominating my first dates. Only a matter of time before I become a bonafide model.
