I made an appointment online for a cut and color. In hindsight, I really should have scheduled a consultation first and that is my fault. When I arrived, there was no one there to greet me. After waiting a few minutes, I was finally seated in the chair. The stylist told me that he didn't have time for a cut and color, but could definitely give me a trim and we can go over what the plan would be for our next appointment. I agreed and thought that was fair because, again, I didn't schedule a consultation. The stylist was also working with another customer that was in the middle of a pretty big job. The stylist took me over to the sink to wash my hair. He left me in the sink for almost an hour while he finished up with his other client. It was extremely uncomfortable, and not once did he come over to check on me or to apologize that it was taking so long. Once he finished up, he finally put me in the chair and started to cut my hair quickly. He didn't ask me what I wanted, or how I usually style my hair. He then saw my face and asks me if I just wanted a trim. At that point, he had already cut an inch or so off so there wasn't going back. My appointment was supposed to end at 5:30, but he didn't start cutting my hair until 5:24. The job was rushed and was not what I wanted. Before leaving, the stylist said he would give me a call to schedule another appointment to fix the things we discussed and re-cut/fix my hair. He never called. Overall, this place seems a bit disorganized and a total hot mess. The stylist was obviously flustered and outwardly annoyed about being overwhelmed. I almost felt like he just didn't want to do my hair at the end of the day. Not a great feeling.
