Skipped right over me even though I had an appointment! Incredibly rude and NO RESPECT for my time!!! Save your time and go elsewhere.

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. I've been going to JC Penney for 10 years and today I learned my lesson on "straying" just to try to get a cheaper price. Went in for a partial foil and haircut. Wound up looking like I have hair with Tiger stripes and did not proceed with a haircut aftER the shock about the color in my hair. The gal that did my hair had only been doing hair for 5 months and should NOT be doing hair coloring. I was clearly unhappy and expressed my concern to the manager and told her I would not pay for thr services since I would have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else. Her response was per cooperate policy I had to pay and stated she would fix it. I do not feel that i should have to be forced to come Back if I do not choose to do so. I want it fixed right. So, I was forced to pay for the services. Needless to say, I wI'll be calling thier cooperate office tomorrow and if they do not refund me I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges. I will never return to this place again and will be happy to stick with JCPENNEY for all my hair needs.

Called for appointment got in right away. The hairdresser listened to what style my wife wanted. My wife is very happy with the results ;) A +

This is the WORST place ever! The customer service is awful. What hair styles acts annoyed because your the first one to be there when they open. When the other styles got there (10 minutes late) he was on his phone for 10 minutes before he even started to get read. We have few hair cute places in the Lake Stevens but I would not go there.
