I came to Tacoma almost a year and a half ago and googled Best Salons in Tacoma... If you knew me, you'd know I prefer the best when it comes to my hair:) Dolce was number 1 so that's where I went and a year and a half later, Its still my one and only salon. My favorite one too;) All of the staff are incredibly talented and all good looking too now that I think about itðŸ˜‰ Heather, the owner is the best though! Incredibly talented, a successful business owner and absolutely gorgeous to boot:) I LOVE DOLCE!!

Saw Sophia today and had a great experience! My last three haircuts at other salons have been horrible and it was great to leave with my hair done the way I wanted.

...not a great experience... The worst part, was after my cut was done.... She said, "I know you want your hair to look perfect, but it's really pretty"...and I thought... yeah! Your hair looks perfect...so... Basically, you just didn't know how to cut my hair! Yes, I have difficult hair, but still it's not an impossible task... The hair cut was NOT good... Length was cut by about 2" rather than the agreed upon 1"... Shape and layering didn't follow request... Wishing I would have said "don't cut that" when she was cutting the last bit of hair that ruined my cut... it was NOT the piece that I pointed out to touch up... Ugh!!!! (Changed my review from 3 stars after rewashing and realizing the top layer on left side is in fact about 1/2" shorter than the right... and, we discussed that the left side shrinks up a bit more!) Now I wait for my hair to grow out.... Won't be back!!! ðŸ˜–

Thank you Kelsey! I came in with a photo, and mentioned that I wanted my balayage to look as natural as possible. The results were spot on and exactly what I was looking for. I booked for a Monday evening and the salon was very quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely be back!
