I have very short hair that is tricky to cut. I have had some really bad hair cuts here. Once you find the right fit for you it's great. Walk in most days is a wait. You can't make appointment but you can go online check in for sameday. Less of a wait. I keep going back.

I called at 8:44 pm and asked if they would be willing to stay a bit late to cut my sons hair. I asked because I realized they didn't have to. (I offered an extra large tip) We are from out of town and were going to a special event in the morning. I was so grateful because they said they would stay open! I drove like a bat out of hell from the hotel room and arrive 7 minutes after this phone call at 8:53 at the store. (I remember the time because I was holding my cell phone in hand) the guy locked the door and told me they were closed. I worked in retail for years and realize when its time to go its time to go. They could have said no when i called because ....thats why I called. Waste of time. They suck hard. Like, super hard.

This location charges 40% more than other Great Clips! A bang trim that always costs me $6 cost me $10 here, and still took the same 3 minutes! That's like making over $100 per hour! Insane RIP off!

I enjoy being able to put my name on the list with my phone and get a quote telling me how long of a wait I should expect. I've gotten to know the stylists and we know what I'm going for.

When I arrived, they looked pretty busy so I expected a short wait but they actually got me in immediately and on a Friday afternoon! My stylist was Katie and before we did anything she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out great! She also didn't try to push products on me which is a big pet peeve of mine when I go in to a place just to get a hair cut. Would definitely recommend!
