Emma is EXCELLENT!! Had grown my hair for almost a year after a bad cut. Emma is very professional, polite and friendly. She knew exactly what I wanted and she made me feel beautiful with her graceful skill. Thank you Emma for fixing my Hair!

Worst place ever if you can't tell by all the 1 star ratings I don't know what too say .Right its jean juarez you would think. By the name its good but don't be fooled. They messed up my wife's hair so bad it looks like rainbow bright!! Been going there for 5 years wowww Also burned her scalp and caused her hair to break off! Think twice before your relaxation turns into a nightmare!

I said my hair felt flat. So the stylist cut 2 levels of hair all the way around my head. Like a jagged bob and a below the shoulder cut all on one head! The top level is very short, so it will take on a full mushroom look, while the longer, and now very thin bottom layer, is perfectly straight. The stylist I went to to try and fix it said it looked like thinning shears were used on the upper level and that's why that half of my hair looks dry and frizzy. It seriously looks like I let a preschooler hack the crap out of my hair. I really regret this haircut. This is going to take a loooong time to grow out.

Originally, I want to give no stars because the first stylist messed my hair up so bad I had to wear a hat for two days until the complimentary service to fix the first one was complete. I overall did not want to go back to the salon but then I would have had to pay another 200$ elsewhere and this was their mistake so I allowed them to fix it, not the same stylist of course. If you are getting color please ask for a senior stylist the FIRST TIME. Thank you Addrienne for fixing my hair.! I will only see YOU at this salon or I will never walk through those doors again.!

Very professional treatment. I was booked for a cut and perm(long hair to short cut). Found out initially that my appointment was made "backward," I.e. should have had the perm booked first, before the cut, but this was quickly fixed. Dianne did a fabulous Iso perm, and Drew did the cut (to the curl). Beautiful! Will definitely come back.
