They have a problem. Insisting I need an appointment. I tried to make one, told me I should do it onlineWTF!!!! I asked if I could request a specific “cutter”. Nope. Last time in I had a decent cut. Wanted same cutter. Nope couldn’t do it. This is not the first time I encountered problems at this shop. The shop is close enough that I could walk to it. NOPE!! Now I’ll find a “cutter” at a shop NOT associated with this parent company. Would like to just give NEGATIVE 5 stars. DON’T go in this joint!

I have two boys with Autism and these stylists are so patient and wonderful with them. I feel SO comfortable going here for haircuts. Thank you for the phenomenal kindness!

Debbie was my stylist today. She asked me about what I like, and explained what she will do. Good job done eventually. I was hesitated to visit for the low review score, but I will come again next time.
