My wife loves getting her hair done here so I like to surprise her with appointments for her to go and get pampered. Any time I've called to set something up for her they have been incredibly helpful. My wife's beauty is only enhanced by their talents.

Clean place, friendly staff, when I did my haircut for this day was good, but next day after clean my hair, in one side I felt more hair that other side, and my hair no looks more curly 🤨, is difficult to find somebody know to cut curly hair.

This is a very stylish, clean salon, and you should definitely come here. It's a very upscale, classy place that seems to produce model-quality results. However, if you have never been here before, be specific about what kind of hair you have and what you want done when you make your appointment. They have stylists who specialize in long hair and ones who specialize in short hair cuts. I am from the Midwest, where people just cut/color hair no matter what length you want, so I didn't even think to ask about this or mention this on the phone. I showed up to my appointment after waiting weeks to get my haircut, and was told that my stylist does not do short haircuts and I would have to wait to get an appointment with someone who does cut short hair. I was very sad, and very disappointed, especially since my free time is limited. I am not angry with the salon or my stylist. They were wonderful and kind and tried everything they could to make it right for me after the misunderstanding. I am writing this to warn anyone who is like me and usually reads reviews before going somewhere new, let the receptionist know what you are looking for (short, long, color, etc.) when you make an appointment, so she can pair you with the proper stylist. Your experience will be much more pleasant.

I went in for a color fix and Molly did an amazing job! She was so percise on every detail, and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. And she did it in a very timely manner! I also want to add that the environment in the salon is wonderful, everyone was happy to be there and demonstrating great customer service!
