I've gotten better haircuts for half the price. The staff was nice, the shop is a bit rundown.

Shay and all the ladies in the salon are wonderful and professional! Shay did my ombré and it turned out amazing!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair ❤️ I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!!

Went in for an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows looked good at a first glance without my glasses on but when I got home I noticed so many strays that needed to be plucked. I'm sure had I noticed in store the problem could have been fixed but in addition to that the lady who did my brows didn't even bother to clean the left over wax on my face after waxing... I had wax everywhere and in my hair. 🤦

If I could rate a zero I would. Booked an appointment, made sure the appointment was still good, I get there and I’m no longer on the list. The ladies up front had THE WORST customer service. The lady plainly shook her head and said she wouldn’t do it as I stood there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO THERE. HAS HAPPENED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES.

The ladys that work there are super friendly. Went in for a blonde balayage and it turned out almost exactly like the picture I showed, Shay did an amazing job!
