Good service, great cuts. Been a customer for years, only place I trust to get my hair done. Used to be the owner of soho, she switched location and I followed. I think best in lynnwood.

I went to Hair Day because I heard a lot of good things about this place. When I went there, there were two people working there. Brian (assistant) and Agnes (the hair cutter), they both were friendly and were able to communicate with me despite their lacking English. I think the service was good. I sort of had to initiate many of the conversations, but because I didn't speak Korean very well and since they speak mostly Korean, it was understandable. Haircutting wise, I did not get what I wanted. I did get something similar. The issue was she cut it too short, when I showed her pictures that I didn't want it to be that short. The lesson I learned here was 1) Always always reiterate WHAT you want to the hair cutter (or else she/he will forget) 2) Do not get distracted in the conversation. I did, and got short...hair.

Great attitude and service. Excellent cutting and skills. The mood of the place is wonderful and fun. A great place to cut your hair anytime of the day. really enjoyed it. :D
