My wife and I just moved here from Atlanta. There are plently of great salons there. By far D'Rock is --- Absolutely the worst place we have ever visited. My wife just came back from this location to get her hair flat ironed. They charged her an extra $10 because she had "to much hair" how crazy is that?! Ok, she grows her hair long and maintains it very well on her own. She just wanted a break from doing herself. They acted like they have never styled an African-American's hair before. Told her over and over she should cut(and get extensions) or get dreads or just do braids (we both found that racist). D'Rock completely rushed the job. Her hair was not fully blow dried before the started to flat iron is. Do you guys want to damage her hair. By the end it "looked" ok from the outside but it was not flattened to the scalp. We will not be coming back. If they felt so uncomfortable doing my wife's hair, they should have just said so and not waste our money on a horrific and embarrassing experience. Just case closed, these people are garbage and do not deserve to be in business. Customer services is awful and the stylists are rude.
