I nearly walked out after the first stylist's initial greeting. When asked if I had checked in online and I said no, she heaved a sigh and 'laboriously' typed my information in to the computer.
She ignored my two granddaughters and acted exasperated when I said I didn't need the haircut, they did (I'm bald).
They didn't ask about what kind of services they wanted, just the type of haircut - so I was surprised when they didn't shampoo their hair, something every other place I've taken them to has done.
They also had a hard time understanding "about a 2" trim is all".
When one of my granddaughters told the stylist she wanted her hair evened out, the stylist was confused an scowled at her, asking what she meant. I explained she had an incident with her hair that resulted in her dad cutting it - which anyone could see since it was quite uneven. She frowned and made a snide remark "So you want me to FIX it?" She then made disgusted, horrified faces behind her back while cutting it.
I may check out other locations, but will never go back to this one.
