Went here for the first time. My husband and I moved from Seattle back in October of 2017 and with a little 7 month old and another on the way I hadn’t gotten my haircut in about a year! My hair was long and I was really due for a cut but didn’t want to loose the length (ya hear me ladies?) I know I’ve been to numerous salons where the stylist takes it upon himself or herself to chop all your hair off! The great, super-friendly, very knowledgeable and informative stylist (I don’t remember his name but he is gracious, attractive and kind!) was amazing! I am very happy with my hair, it looks very healthy and it’s still long! He also shared great tips for me to care for my hair. I was concerned about the options out here in Kitsap county but my mind is now at ease and I will return!! Thank you!

I needed a quick color touch up before leaving for a 11 day trip. I was able to book easily, and my appointment was a delight! Ilona ( sp?)is professional, friendly, and very skilled in her trade! I have known Natasha and her family for many years, and I am so proud of this girl’s achievements! Her integrity, passion, and sweet spirit are evident in this little boutique 😊 Cheers, Karlene

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Upsy Daisy Salon! Alice did an amazing job cutting my long hair into a cute short bob! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and took a lot of time with my hair. I already recommended Alice and the salon to my friend and she loved it too! Looking forward to my next visit and for a facial sometime, as well.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here, which was surprising because of all the previous positive reviews. It may have been because I had much too high expectations, but even so, it wasn't great. The girl who did my wedding makeup trial was very sweet and professional, but I was disappointed that the makeup she did on me was nothing amazing and frankly, I do better myself at home- and I use only concealer, blush, mascara, and eyeliner. The makeup she did on me was fine for prom or senior pics and such, but did not meet my standards for wedding makeup. I showed her pics of what I wanted (simple, rosy natural look), and expected her to make it happen. She did a few things, like concealer and eye shadow and mascara, but I had to ask her to add eyeliner, blush, powder, and lipstick- individually for each one. She did not have or use any face primer or setting spray. If the makeup gals here are supposed to be able to provide professional makeup, I suggest they expand their expertise and tools. The selection the salon provided her was pretty dismal- it would all fit into a large shoe box. I had my hair trial the same day and it was pretty bad. Even according to prom standards, this would have been a bad updo. I showed the hairdresser pictures of what I wanted. She spent a few minutes looking at them in silence. The entire appointment, she did not ask me a SINGLE question about what I wanted for my hair, and she didn't even try to make small talk. She spent half of the 45-60 minute appointment trying a couple different things- such as one big messy braid twisted into a bun (as if I couldn't do that myself at home any day)! In the last half of the appointment, she braided my hair into four or five different braids, then twisted them into a messy bun-ish kind of updo (after I specifically told her I didn't like messy updos). She added an awkward swirl onto the top of my head with some extra hair, sprayed it all down, and said it was done. I was horrified. I still can't believe I actually paid $35 for that hair trial. Two stars for the nice makeup girl. She was kind and helpful, and the makeup was normal-day pretty, but I doubt she has any professional training and definitely needs some (plus professional equipment). No stars for the poor quality hairdo and poor customer service from the hairdresser.
