I shop here a lot but prefer to shop on Ulta online. I always feel like the workers are constantly asking me if I need anything, like I'm stealing. Which makes me feel super uncomfortable. (I am a Diamond customer so that shows that I've spent a lot of money at Ulta) Along with the people that work the cash register never give out the samples that go along with some of the items I buy. If I ask about the samples.. They seem to be offended and get moody when they try and look for them. They look for a couple of seconds then say they don't have the samples. I've asked other workers to look and they always seem to find the samples within minutes. I could understand if there was a huge line and I'm holding up the line but there's normally not a line of customers when I check out. If there is a line then I don't even bother to ask. I only go in because I want to see what certain make up products look like in person and figured I'd buy them while I'm there.

Everyone there was very helpful. A girl named Raquel matched me with amazing make up and had patience with my kids! It’s so hard to shop with kids but everyone there was very kind.

Had good customer service through my shopping trip, but kept hearing someone at the cash register that was super loud and almost yelling to her customers...wow...the whole store doesn't need to hear everything that is going on in the transaction, including acting like a drill sergeant when people were confused about their coupons...are people not allowed to ask questions? It got louder of course, as I got closer to ringing up....I think her name was Lizette..can we turn the volume down a little? I was dreading being the person she rang up...and luckily it didn't happen to me. ....now I remember why I shop online....
