I took my 13 yr old son to get hair cut. I left him as I went shopping around thinking I was letting him have a "man" experience going to the barber shop. When I picked him up I didn't realize how his whole head looked.
1. False advertisment on the price (regular cut is NOT $14 as advertised. It's $20)
2. Not blended in
3. There was a patch of hair in the back that wasn't cleanly cut
4. Front edge line was higher on one side than the other
5. One customer went and got cash, came back and said it's $14. The barber said no it's $20. The guy handed him a $20 and the barber quietly said I should have charged him $25.
I took him back in the next day and patiently waited for the one who cut his hair. Someone else called him up, and I explained that we were in yesterday and the barber said oh yeah it doesn't look blended. I said I can have the guy who did it redo it, and he said no I can do it. After 10-15 mins he was done and looked A LOT better until he tried to charge me for getting it fixed. I said it should have been done right the first time. The first barber who cut it said to the other barber that he will take care of it.
The only reason for one star is because it was fixed.
