Wow!! Glad I never went through with the service. I stopped to inquire and was ready to pay a significant amount to get my sons hair done just for the simple fact that I didn’t have the time. The woman I spoke with didn’t really answer any of my questions but just said she’d need to see my son before she could quote the price and it would still vary..... hmmm okay. Then, he was with me the next time I stopped by (this was a few hours later) and the person in the front didn’t know who I spoke with (she was no longer there) and didn’t know what the price would be for the service. Okay so y’all don’t know what’s going on then? Never went back, but then someone recommended this place to me a few weeks later. It appears to be a good establishment from the look but the customer service needs some serious work.

I took my 13 yr old son to get hair cut. I left him as I went shopping around thinking I was letting him have a "man" experience going to the barber shop. When I picked him up I didn't realize how his whole head looked. 1. False advertisment on the price (regular cut is NOT $14 as advertised. It's $20) 2. Not blended in 3. There was a patch of hair in the back that wasn't cleanly cut 4. Front edge line was higher on one side than the other 5. One customer went and got cash, came back and said it's $14. The barber said no it's $20. The guy handed him a $20 and the barber quietly said I should have charged him $25. I took him back in the next day and patiently waited for the one who cut his hair. Someone else called him up, and I explained that we were in yesterday and the barber said oh yeah it doesn't look blended. I said I can have the guy who did it redo it, and he said no I can do it. After 10-15 mins he was done and looked A LOT better until he tried to charge me for getting it fixed. I said it should have been done right the first time. The first barber who cut it said to the other barber that he will take care of it. The only reason for one star is because it was fixed.

Yeah I called to inquire information and the guy that answered by saying “hello” like it was his personal cell phone then rudely said “gotta call back tomorrow” I said excuse me because I didn’t really hear him maybe because I expect someone to give me the information if they work there!!! he said “the stylist is not in call back tomorrow!” Hmmm ok won’t call back you obviously don’t know what’s going on at your job if you even work there. Answering the phone like it’s your damn home phone. It looked like a professional business but clearly not!. This is my first time ever writing a review total waste of time but not this time. 2.9 stars not sure why I even called just seen . Thanks anyway.
