I absolutely love this place!!! The girls here are so wonderful! They treat you just like family and listen to everything you say!!! Shey is my stylist there and I love her! She’s been doing my hair for a long time now and I couldn’t ask for better! And if you need your eyebrows done, ASK FOR SHEY! SHE IS A WAX WIZARD!!!!

⚠️🛑Just caught LICE from here! 🛑⚠️ (No signs of eggs just one big mature lice bug. Goggle shows you the sizes and stages. This one from what I see is fully grown! If we had them before there would be more then just one!) This was a awful experience!! First she completely cut my sons hair wrong. No where near the style we had going in! I let that go but as I go home with my son I see a very big mature LICE bug crawling up his neck where he kept scratching!! He wasn’t itching before we got the hair cut. I really though it was hair making him itch! I called in their response was “That’s funny because all of our stuff is sanitized!” Well I don’t think it’s funny at all! You know sorry wasn’t even needed but at least don’t act like their ain’t a chance he picked it up from there. I know darn well I’ve watched them take that thing they wrap around you shake it off and sit it back down. She can’t tell me that she Completely sanitized absolutely everything that touched my child while in that chair! The apron the rag she wrapped around his neck to keep the hair out every pair scissors every calm the chair?! She already completely messed up his hair I told her if you cut it too short on the top it’s going to stick up she took a number two all the way to the top of the crown of the back of his head! Like I said I let that go but come on now!?? LICE! Last time I came here the big blood hair lady was nasty. Never had good experience here. The Convenience of where it’s at is the only reason I ever went back and I learned my lesson!

I was referred to this establishment on August 22nd and arrived there in early evening. As i entered the business i was greeted by the staff and was treated courteously. I explained my needs to Carla and she understood how i wanted my hair cut in every detail. Everyone in the store had a professional appearance and conducted themselves appropriately. All of my questions were answered by Carla and there were no hidden charges or additional fees. Housekeeping throughout the business was excellent and the business was devoid of any distractions. I live in a large tourist town out of state and i know how competitive this industry can be. I have seen much worse in larger franchises and my overall rating of this business on this day was fair and deserving of my experience.

Randi is the only one that has done mine and my daughters hair at hair inc. I will go to her as long as I need my hair done or she stops doing hair....Everyone there is always friendly and makes sure I get what I need ....I highly recommend HAIR INC..!!!! Randi's work is wonderful ♡♡♡
