Nothing but unpleasant experiences here! I arrived at 7:40pm to tan for 20 mins. I was told I could only go for 15 min, because they were "outta here in 20". To think that I have a tanning package with them, and they cant handle staying 1 minute late to wipe the bed when I'm finished, was a slap in the face. On top of that, they only allow you 3 minutes to get ready before tanning. Personally, it takes me longer than that to get undressed and apply lotion. When I kindly asked for an additional 2 minutes to get ready, the woman at the front desk rudely stated, "We don't do that here". My customer experience wasn't a pleasant one. I'd recommend paying more elsewhere for a better customer experience.

I have to say that Erin & Lauren are great! Great stylists & great customer service! We wish that you both worked at a different location or a different salon altogether. There is an elderly lady that works there (and has for some time) that has no business working in customer service. If you’re a walk-in, and it happens to be during their last few business hours of the day, she will do anything she can to dissuade you from adding your name to the list. Against my better judgment, I stopped by there to get my daughter a trim. She told me it would be about 30 minutes and I said no problem. As soon as I agreed to wait, she then changed the waiting time to 45 minutes. I truly believe she wanted me to walk and I did because I could tell she was getting frustrated and so was I. I understand about wanting to leave on time, but this isn’t the first time she’s done this (several times) and that’s why I didn’t want to go to this location in the first place. She’s rude and clearly doesn’t want your business. The sad thing is, I believe she’s a manager. Don’t say that you accept walk-ins if you’re going to do everything you can to dissuade them from having their name added to your wait list. I have a hard time understanding why she’s in a position leading a team of people in a customer service based business. It’s sad because there are a few pretty well qualified stylists there.

I've been using this place for many years. They do good job of my hair consistently. The staff is very nice. Over the years I've seen stylists come and go, but service has never suffered.

The customer service was good but after coming home and looking in the mirror, I realized I had just been given the worst hair cut of my life. The layering job done on my hair is embarrassingly chunky, inconsistent, and overall terrible. I came here to save money but now have to schedule a second appointment somewhere else just to fix what was done. I am never one to write reviews, good or bad, but felt the need to to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the haircut I received today.

Um. I thought barbers were supposed to freakin ask how you like your side burns before they even touch them. They are nice there but wow.
