called to make a first appt asked if anyone specialised in blonde coloring... the person who answered the phone was very rude saying "all of our stylists are good" in a snotty way. should of took that as a hint because they gave me an appointment with the OWNER and she RUINED MY HAIR. I went for a simple blonde highlight touch up. I showed her a picture and everything. Im not a picky person and left bawling my eyes out. my hair was orange tinted and looked absolutely ridiculous. my roommates asked if I box dyed my hair myself! I made an appointment that same day somewhere else to try to get it fixed and my hair ended up fried from dying it too much to try to fix what she did.
Also there was 3 different stylists working on me all at once and the girl who styled it put something in my hair that made it so greasy I had to reshower when I got home. not to mention it was a 3 and a half hour process for a simple touch up.
I ended up calling the salon to tell them how unhappy I was about te service. it cost me $150 and she would only reimburse $40. I went in to get the money & the owner made rude comments to me. she was completely IMMATURE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! later everyone I talked to told me she's a horrible stylist and is known for messing up people's hair. wish I would of known before I paid $150 for her to destroy my hair.
