Had an incredible time with Alisha! She gave me exactly what I wanted. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is also sweet and personable. Takes the one to really know her customers. My new favorite hair salon. Super cute inside! Definitely recommend it.

This is my third time coming here and every-time I have been more than pleased with my experience! I always look forward to the complimentary coffee/tea and am always explained with what is happening during my style! I am given honest advice on how to care for my hair and reasonably priced salon products for them. 5 stars all the way!

Professionalism is lacking at this salon. I went there several times as to give them the benefit of the doubt and a few of those times I was pleased, but after two particular instances I will not go back and will definitely not recommend them to others. 1st I scheduled an appointment a month ahead of time to get hair done for a wedding party, I paid several hundred dollars over the phone as a down payment and noted I want to take 25 dollars off of each of the girls total and they can pay the rest. The day we got our hair done they still charged each of the girls an extra 25 even though I told them the morning of I had already paid some $ towards each of their hair dos. If I would not have said anything I would have gotten charged the extra 200 $ I put down to hold the appointments as they did not credit each of them the difference initially . Additionally I called the salon the day before to confirm we all needed to start at 8 am as we needed to be done by 10:00, which I had also confirmed a month ago, and she said the stylists will be in at 8 am you are all set. When we all showed up the next day one stylist was there with the rest not coming on until 9 am. We did not get done until 1030 and the wedding was delayed. 2nd I went to get my hair done there making an appointment for a foil. I showed the stylist some colors I liked and the stylist got started. The stylist put color all over my hair, and I said what about the foils. The stylist noted you will like this better. I did not like the color at all, the stylist offered to redo it and did, but then wanted to charge me another $85 for a color I was completely dissatisfied with and am still trying to fix, plus I had to come back in to get it fixed and drive another 30 minutes. The staff is also trying to up sell products which gets old every time you go in, especially after spending a fortune to get your hair done. Then they want you to buy $100 of products. I feel that this place is dishonest and very unprofessional. This is true and my name is Keri Perna. Thank you.

I just had my hair done at Saxy. Cassy did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her. I have been to several different salons around the area and Cassy by far did exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't give her the best description. She explained every step along the way and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. I will definitely be returning to her! Thank you Cassy!!!!!!
