Such an amazing place!! We couldn't get our scheduled massages bc someone called out of work. But the staff was so nice! Even just for a Mani pedi - They let me look at all the labels to make sure my allergy situation was under control. In the end, it turned out they had a brand of nail polish that I'm NOT allergic to! (That never happens!) Also, the nail tech who did my services was SO nice and SO much fun to talk to! I was only visiting Milwaukee, but when I'm in town again, I'll *definitely* go back!! Wonderful.

highly recommended Ursula and company. Trent did my color and I am going back for a cut. I have never had so many compliments and the staff are warm and friendly. Thank you all and also too the hairdresser that styled my hair she did a great job😊

It his beautiful inside. The workers are nice . I love to come and get my hair done there because they know what they are doing.Every time I go there I am happy with what they do to my hair. My husband like my hair when I come home with my haircut and color from there to.

Scheduled a mother daughter spa day, we were separated the entire time, which was fine but the times we had to wait in between service was long. Went to pay and the price was higher then what the "special" was on th internet. When i asked about it the front desk girl was very rude and short with me and said their website is wrong and that they upgraded my daughter's treatment, although they never told her or asked me. I asked to talk to someone about it and she said they were with clients. I looked at the receipt and showed her charges that were on there that I didn't pay for and she got rude again and refused to talk to me about it. We left, hoping to get a call from the owner/manager but she never called. I will not go back here and will not recommend anyone to go here. Very disappointed.
